Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Book a Barber salon booking platform. By creating an account or completing a booking you agree to these terms.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Slots held for unpaid bookings expire after 10 minutes.

Cancellations

Refunds follow the salon's cancellation window, shown before you pay. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Salons

Partner salons remain independent businesses. The platform facilitates discovery, booking, payments and payouts.
